Our service plans are for companies who want to manage their operations costs and receive priority support. They involve a 6 month commitment and include our best pricing. Our service plans give you full access to our team of professionals as if they were your own IT department.

If you are looking for a one-time project, you can hire us on an hourly basis.


Unlimited Remote Support

When you sign up for the Silver support plan, you can rest assured knowing that our technicians are always a phone call away. Unlimited remote support with a single-tier priority technician will get you up and running in no time. Your printers, phones, peripherals, and even mobile devices will receive full attention. We’ll support standard applications on your Windows and Mac machines.


Preferred Local Support

As a preferred Gold customer, your technology needs will be met by a dedicated technician – you’ll always have the same person supporting your office over the phone or visiting you at a steeply discounted hourly rate. We’ll support your systems by documenting them, creating network diagrams, and maintaining and inventory of your technology. An annual security audit ensures that your network is protected. And when you are working with other technology vendors, we’ll offer our expert negotiating skills to get you the best rates. The Gold plan has a 5 system minimum requirement.


Premium Technical Support

When you’re a premium Platinum member, you receive all of the Silver and Gold benefits, but also your business benefits from unlimited remote and on-site support from a dedicated technician, and you are automatically placed at the beginning of the support queue. For one easy monthly rate, we perform a regular advanced security audit and act as your dedicated support team to perform strategic business planning and technology partner development. A weekly call with your technician ensures you are always in control of the priorities. The Platinum plan has a 10 system minimum requirement.
